Refund Policy
At Examcraft, all courses are delivered as scheduled digital educational services. By completing a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1) No Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, change of mind, or inability to attend.
2) Transfers (Minimum 7 Days' Notice Required)
If you are unable to attend your booked course, you may request to transfer to an alternative course date, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given before the course start time.
Requests made within 7 days of the course are not eligible for transfer.
3) Access to Recordings
All students will receive access to session recordings (where applicable), allowing them to revisit the content at any time. This ensures no learning is lost if a live session is missed.
4) Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our courses run within a short, intensive revision window (typically within 14 days of booking), which overlaps with the standard cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
As a result, courses are often delivered or prepared in full within this timeframe, meaning we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is made. Instead, we provide transfers (with sufficient notice) and full access to recordings to ensure students still receive the full value of the course.
5) Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, Examcraft LIVE may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer. Refunds will not be issued.
6) Course Changes or Cancellation by Us
If Examcraft LIVE cancels or reschedules a course, you will be offered a transfer to an alternative date.
7) Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
By booking, you acknowledge that the course may take place within 14 days of purchase and agree that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is waived once the service has begun.
